At WEBIT Services, we believe in harnessing technology to empower organizations. As we grow and expand our services, we are looking for a committed Dispatcher to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

The Dispatcher will serve as the backbone of our service team, coordinating schedules and communication between clients and technicians. In this role, you will be the point of contact for service requests and will ensure that our technicians are dispatched in a timely and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assess incoming service requests from clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Prioritize and assign service calls to the appropriate technicians based on their skills and availability.

  • Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding their schedules and any changes that may arise.

  • Monitor the progress of service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and following up on service requests.

  • Keep accurate records of service calls, technician dispatch times, and customer interactions.

  • Assist in managing inventory and equipment for service teams as needed.

  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in dispatching processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to dispatching are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically when responding to service requests.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ticket management.

Additional Information

  • Position Type: Full time, salaried.
  • Salary Range $45000-60000/yr
  • Unlimited PTO Eligibility: After 90 days.
  • Employee Ownership Eligible after 1 year of service.
