As a Senior Product Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the player experience through advanced analytics, experimentation, and close strategic partnership with product and engineering teams. You will lead complex analytical projects, own experimentation strategy, and drive key initiatives that improve user journeys and fuel product innovation. This is a high-impact role for an experienced analyst ready to influence roadmap decisions, mentor others, and guide the evolution of player-facing features across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects to identify high-impact product opportunities and friction points in the player journey
- Act as a strategic thought partner to product leadership, influencing roadmaps and prioritization with data-driven insights
Statistical Analysis
- Apply and guide advanced statistical techniques such as:
- Regression (linear, logistic, multivariate)
- Bayesian inference and probabilistic modeling
- Time series forecasting and clustering
- Build predictive models to forecast player behavior and measure impact over time
Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Own experimentation strategy for key product areas, from test design to analysis
- Lead the implementation of advanced frameworks such as:
- Multi-armed bandits
- Uplift modeling
- Quasi-experimental methods (e.g., Difference-in-Differences, Synthetic Control)
- Provide expert guidance on experiment design, power analysis, and interpretation of results
Data Visualization & Communication
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards using Dash or other tools to monitor product KPIs
- Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and impact delivery
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product or behavioral analytics, with proven impact on digital product development
- Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, Statsmodels) and SQL; experience with Dash and Snowflake strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and behavioral modeling
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives and collaborate across product, engineering, and UX
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science); Master degree preferred
- Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members
