Track submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; ensure timely approvals and updates
Resolve construction issues and maintain open communication with project stakeholders
Participate in WIP reporting, forecasting, and monthly project reviews
Support project closeout by ensuring all final documentation and as-builts are complete
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in construction or commercial roofing project management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Why You’ll Love It Here
Competitive compensation and performance-based growth potential
Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
Paid time off and holidays
A collaborative, team-first culture built on trust, safety, and quality workmanship
If you’re a driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking projects from blueprint to completion, we’d love to have you on our team.
