Chief Financial Officer—Avant Ministries/Crossworld

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and stewardship of both organizations. This executive leadership role is ideal for a visionary financial professional with a passion for advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through excellence in financial management.

Key responsibilities also include overseeing the budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies and FASB standards, managing investment advisory relationships and 403(b) retirement plans, and maintaining appropriate business insurance coverage. Additionally, the CFO supports strategic business development in unreached countries and participates in board and committee meetings as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary starting at $100k – To be discussed during the interview process.
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pension, 403(b) contribution
• Vacation: Ten (10) Paid Time Off (PTO) for the 1st year and one day added in each succeeding year to a maximum of five weeks (25 days), 12 paid holidays annually, and one sick day per month which can accumulate to a maximum of 160 hours or 4 weeks
• Work Location: Avant/Crossworld office in Kansas City, KS
• Relocation: Provided as needed
