Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chemical Mixing/Blending Operator with previous experience following chemical compound instructions or recipe-based processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately mixing, blending, and preparing chemical materials according to established formulas while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow chemical mixing and blending instructions with precision to ensure proper formulation.
• Load and unload semi-trailers and operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation and staging of materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning containers and equipment.
• Perform basic math calculations needed for measurements, batching, and adjustments.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Instruct or assist other employees as needed while maintaining a team-oriented work ethic.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain attention to detail when handling paperwork, labels, and batch documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in chemical mixing, blending, or similar recipe-driven processes (required).
• Valid forklift experience and ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
