Change & Release Manager
The Change & Release Manager will govern all aspects of the software and infrastructure release lifecycle across critical banking platforms, ensuring controlled, auditable, and secure deployment of changes. This role plays a key part in protecting the stability of enterprise banking systems — including core banking platforms (e.g., Hogan, Voyager, Treasury Center) , real-time payment systems, digital banking channels, and regulatory reporting environments.
The individual must have deep experience in regulated financial environments , managing changes that impact large, distributed, and hybrid systems while maintaining alignment with SOX, PCI DSS, FFIEC, and NYDFS regulations.
