Compensation Range: $50.00/hr – $60.00/hr W2

Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide business process initiatives during a large-scale restructuring effort. This role involves discovering, documenting, and consolidating existing process artifacts, mapping them across organizational and technical domains, and ensuring continuity until handoff to a new BPM practice in 2026. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with process model management, stakeholder facilitation, and enterprise BPM tools.

Job Responsibilities

Client, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts (e.g., content lifecycle, P2P).

Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions in LeanIX to support restructuring decisions.

Maintain and steward process artifacts through the restructuring period, ensuring continuity until hand-off to a new BPM practice in 2026.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process–technology–organization views.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• Experience with Process Model Management
• 5 years of experience; Curate a portfolio of process models performing discovery, collation, and promotion activities.
• Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping
• 5 years of experience; Mapping processes to business and technical contexts such as business capabilities and applications.
• Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation
• 5 years of experience; Ability to work with both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Focus on alignment, listening, and understanding needs.

Technology Requirements:

1) Expertise with operating an enterprise scale BPM tool. (Signavio, etc.)

2) ServiceNOW APM/SPM/CMDB experience or exposure.

3) SAP LeanIX experience or exposure.

4) Colibra or Apptio exposure.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with a modern business outcome driven enterprise architecture team.

Soft Skills:

1) Experience with Process Modelling

2) Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping

3) Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation
