Hilton Orlando is looking for a talented Part-Time Barista to join their team in Scratch Market! This is the hotel's 24-hour gourmet marketplace that specializes in all things comforting and freshly made: the finest freshly ground Espressos and Coffees and gourmet, whole-leaf teas. Snack on pastries, sandwiches, pizzas and sides made from scratch in our kitchen daily with the freshest ingredients from local purveyors, cage-free eggs, and responsibly sourced products. 

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of barista experience, a friendly and outgoing demeanor, strong teamwork skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Although prior hotel, cashier, or food‑handling experience is preferred, it is not required.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time/ This role primarily supports evening shifts. Candidates must be available to work at least three shifts per week. Flexibility to cover morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Shift start times may be as early as 5:30 AM, and out times as late as 12:30 AM.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Scratch Market Barista / Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
• Requisition, stock and rotate products
• Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
• Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
