Job Description

We are currently seeking several experienced Banquet Servers to join our talented team and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to provide high-quality service that meets our clients' expectations while working collaboratively with our exceptional team.

Banquet Server responsibilities include, but are not limited to, demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

BANQUET SERVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Keep all areas clean to prevent hindrances to operations.
• Provide the best Customer Service and make a great client experience at all times.

BANQUET SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are as efficient and profitable as possible.
• To be aware of restaurant/company skills and standards, ensuring these are followed.
• To be responsive to any guest's request.
• To inform managers of any complaints/comments/perceived issues.

BANQUET SERVER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently.

BANQUET SERVER EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Must have banquet experience.
• Must have required banquet attire - all black with black neck tie.
