We are seeking a Captain / Bartender to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

Qualifications and skills:
Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a strong background in service. Candidates must have one year of experience in a fine dining environment. They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team member, possess excellent communication skills, and will be willing and able to provide our guests with authentically warm service each night.
Unapologetically fun events, anywhere in the world, from the catering team with the most Michelin-starred restaurants on this half of the planet. Extra Fancy brings the restaurant experience to private homes and other off-site locations around DC, LA, and the world. Servers have to be comfortable engaging with people in different environments. Servers/Captains/Bartenders will become familiar with service ware and equipment needs for all event types and assist chefs in safe and efficient transport to off-site locations. A valid driver’s license is preferred. Significant training will be required to ensure consistent delivery of our high service standards. Familiarity with fine wine service is preferred, but will also be part of the training. Bartending experience is a plus!
This is a DC based position. We ask for flexibility in your schedule to accommodate our events schedule.
