Monarch Investment and Management Group, “Monarch”is growing again and actively interviewing for an Experienced Assistant Regional Property Manager to lead our team in the Minot, North Dakota area. This portfolio consists of 6 conventional market rate communities and has an excellent Regional mentor in place! All properties are within a 2 hour radius!

A seasoned Assistant Regional knows the tasks at hand, here are a few of the priorities for us!

• Build and maintain an “A” team to manage the assigned communities.
• Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a “Region”.
• Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income.

 What the ideal candidate looks like:

• 5+ years’ experience in Multifamily Housing management
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
• Must be able to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of running a portfolio.
• Able to pass a soft credit review
